Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

          The objectives of the research are i) to study the level of Working Performance in Accordance with the four Iddhipada of Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis; ii) to compare the Working Performance in Accordance with the four Iddhipada of Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis; and iii) to study problems, obstacles, and suggestions of Working Performance in Accordance with the four Iddhipada of Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis. This operated research by survey research.  And the samples used in this study of Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis were 242 from the total of 696 Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis. Eguipment used to collect data was the perceived level of Working Performance in Accordance with the four Iddhipada of Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis, coefficient reliability total 0.955. Data Analysis using SPSS for social science research. The statistics used to analyze data were using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. And compare the view of Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis according to the four Iddhipada, analyzed by the t-test, and f-test by one way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) for testing the difference between the averages from three or more groups with least significant difference : LSD.

                  The findings of this study were concluded as follows :

 

               1. Working Performance in Accordance with the four Iddhipada of Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis were at hight level (     = 4.13) when consider each side found that the Working Performance in Accordance with the four Iddhipada of Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis it found at most level (      = 4.19) are Viriya (energy ; effort ; exertion; perseverance) and Chitta (thoughtfulness ; active thought ; dedication) and at least level (     = 4.06) is Vimamsa (investigation ; examination ; reasoning ; testing)

               2. Comparison of Working Performance in Accordance with the four Iddhipada of Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis by gender, age, education, position and income found that the personal factors affect Working Performance in Accordance with the four Iddhipada of Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis were diffirent such as gender, education, position and income there for accept the hypothesis, for the factor that Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis is not diffirent view, such as age and work experience not conform to the assumption set.

                         3. The problems and obstacles of Working Performance in Accordance with the four Iddhipada of Personnel in Bangphlat District Office, Bangkok Metropolis, was the problems and obstacles with the state of mind that the first thing should be revised, having the good positive attitude of creativity, as well as used the four Iddhipada in everyday life. for the suggestion to development Working Performance in Accordance with the four Iddhipada such as Chanda : inculcation of work consciousness and aspiration, awareness of work values and utility, putting the right job on the right man; Viriya : having the good positive attitude of work, responsibilities of work and do not saw the problem as the hurdles. The working is challenging; Citta : taking care in performance their dities, complete the task and conscious of responsibilities; and Vimamsa : workers must concentrate on their work with diligence, knowledge of the work, keep learning on the job all the time, having good interpersonal relations with colleagues as a team and developed their own are ready to work.
